If an order is returned to us because the recipient was unavailable, refused delivery, failed to collect the package, provided an incorrect or incomplete address, or failed to pay applicable customs/import charges, the item may be reshipped at the customer's expense. 

Personalized items cannot be resold and are not eligible for cancellation or refund solely because the package was returned due to an unsuccessful delivery.
